Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships for free, wherever you are in the world. No minimum order required.

Pre-orders

Cryo Wipes Bundles are currently sold as pre-orders. Your order will ship as soon as the current batch is ready, and we'll keep you updated by email with the expected shipping date. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address and delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at Info@cryowipes.com. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
